Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to create and execute strategies to meet overall business objectives.
Product Knowledge: Keep a deep understanding and effectively present company products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales goals or KPIs and performance metrics.
Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, provide sales insights and refine strategies.
Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, field sales background would be an advantage
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
- Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving
- Good command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
- Start-up mindset – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude who’s not afraid to work independently when required
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Business Development Executive
