Accounting Officer/Senior Accounting Clerk

We are a Hong Kong-based financial trading solution provider, listed in Hong Kong, principally engaged in the development and provision of financial trading solutions.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting/audit
• Experience of preparing a full set of accounts, will consider as senior position
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operation, including voucher and data entry and filing
• Perform process and recording AP, AR and expense reimbursement transactions
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
