• 6 working days per week
• Shift work required
  • 11:00 – 23:00 (Including 3 hours of meal break / rest break)
  • 12:00 – 24:00 (Including 3 hours of meal break / rest break)

Duties

• Preparing dishes
• Preparing ingredients
• Purchasing ingredients
• Monitoring ingredient inventory
• Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes
• Monitoring food quality and hygiene
• Allocating manpower and training staff
• Managing the operation of kitchen and assisting in other kitchen duties

Requirements

• Spoken fair English
• Reading and Writing fair English
• Primary 6 education
• 1 Year of relevant working experience
