About this Role

• Manage customer portal enhancement and order submission project implementation
• Initiate projects, conduct requirement meetings, configure systems, manage UAT, and provide support during pre-production and post-launch phases
• Gather and analyze user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design to ensure the alignment
• Collaborate with clients to revise and update business processes and project progress
• Coordinate with the development and project team to monitor development progress and ensure the delivery of project outcomes
• Understand the pain point, design and prioritize the development and integration task

About You

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in business analysis
• With PMP certification or Experienced in Agile & Scrum (PSM) will be an advantage
• Experience in preparing technical requirement specifications and conducting UAT
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
• Self-motivated, work under pressure, good team player
• Good command in English and Chinese
