Senior Facilities Officer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor contractors/ in-house technicians to carry out daily facilities management-related operations, such as office improvement, renovation, repairs and maintenance, leasing with vendor and contractor etc.
• Prepare tender invitation documents for renovation, repair and maintenance of building, common areas & facilities, MVAC works, etc. by drafting specifications in compliance with the procurement procedure and make recommendations on selection of suitable contractors/service providers
• Preparing proposals and regular reports, such as maintenance record, quotation or purchase order, administrative tasks etc.
• Preparing the defect list for any irregularities and non-compliance during the completion of projects, assist to monitoring and follow up with the contractors;
• Monitor the performance of on-site service providers in terms of their cleaning, security and gardening services
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Studies in Facilities Management / Building Services / Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in driving sustainability initiatives such as Green Awards and Waste Management Program would be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
