Job Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager to execute, maintain and develop the QMS
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Assist in monitoring the overall operation of quality system
• Maintain the correctness of quality documents and records
• Review final product reports
• Control documentation system
• Coordinate and report quality incidents
• Follow up the effectiveness of correction plan and report to QA Manager
• Involve in quality trainings
• Any other duties as assigned by QA Manager

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education in medical or science related disciplines
• General understanding of quality system, such as ISO9001 and GMP
• With strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, strong interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of standard computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• At least 1 years of working experience in Quality Systems; Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior QA Officer
