Senior Reservations Agent / Reservations Agent

• 5-day work week (9 hours per day)
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome

Responsibilities:

• Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
• Handling enquiries and phone calls
• Follow up reservations to ensure that all reservations are in good order
• Familiar with the hotel’s rates, packages and promotions

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Customer service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Agent
