Marketing Manager / Supervisor - Property Developer

Responsibilities:

• HK-based marketing role;
• Participate in promoting and branding residential projects of PRC Property (mainly in the Great Bay Area);
• Participate in market research and familiarizing upcoming trends;
• Participate in developing and executing marketing strategy for upcoming residential portfolio;
• Manage media and agency channels to increase branding awareness and boost sales;
• Work closely with internal parties from the headquarter for launching of PRC Property Projects;
• Liaise with internal and external parties, e.g. potential tenants, real estate agents, advertising agencies, event management companies and vendors;
• Provide managerial and sustainability advice to the management;
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines;
• Hands-on social media and online marketing skills will be a plus;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Familiar with digital media in HK, PRC;
• Proactive individual with strong creativity and initiatives;
• Detail-minded, customer-oriented and well organized;
• Mature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
