UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our customer’s project team.

Job Description:

Develop UX/UI Design Prototype:

• Develop prototype as a standard for those digital channels to follow. The prototype will be illustrated by (include but not limited to) application flows, features, wireframes and clickable prototypes.

• To make sure the prototype is practical and workable; the components below must be included in the project.

Develop UX/UI Design Standard and Guideline:

• Work with the team members to review and update the personas of users of various digital channels.

• Review the latest version of the existing App, analyze its usage data and identify user pain points to complete analysis of existing UX/UI.

• Perform end user study including surveys, interviews and/or focus groups to validate the persona and UX/UI analysis results.

• Perform stakeholder analysis with representatives from various departments to establish stakeholder requirements on the App, including but limited to on-site workshops and meetings.

• Based on the above analysis, develop the standard and guideline of UX/UI design which includes style, font, color and reference layout templates for the Authority and its assigned contractors to develop the App or other interfaces.

• Design pitching with management team.

• Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, user-centered design, or a design-related field

• 1 to 3 years experiences in related field

• Familiar with UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to analytically defend design decisions

• A self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment

• Project management in managing UI/UX to coding execution is a plus

• Fluent in Cantonese and English both written and verbally
