Systems Analyst (Ref no. CSAISD2411017) - 802.11k/r/v, WPA2/3, CCNA

Duties:

• Serve contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve public hospitals;
• Act as a technical lead in coordinating, monitoring and implementing IT solutions.
• Collect, analyze and finalize requirement specifications of IT solutions, e.g. provide design, cost estimation, and configuration details of network equipment, power protection and control devices.
• Provide high level system analysis and day-to-day technical support to problem diagnosis, solving and maintenance.
• Ensure quality assurance of IT solutions, define support needs for users and provide expert level support.
• Handle the change requests, review the standards and guidelines of IT solutions.
• Ensure smooth systems operation by monitoring systems health, performance and supporting facilities around the clock.
• Provide comprehensive system reporting and trend analysis for capacity planning and resource sizing purposes.
• Provide after office hours network/system support.

Requirements:

Specific Mandatory Requirements:

• 6 years’ post qualification Information Technology (IT) related experience.
• Must have highly proficient written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Specific Desirable Requirements:

• At least 6 years’ post qualification experience with recent 3 years in supporting and implementation of large scale Wireless network infrastructure.
• Extensive technical experience on Wireless network design, implementation, management and support.
• In-depth work experience on networking technologies (e.g. 802.1x, 802.11ac/ax, 802.11k/r/v, WPA2/3, TCP/IP, VLAN, VRF etc.).
• Certificate holder of at least one of the following certificates: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE.

Specific Requirements:

• At least 6 years’ post-qualification experience in application development, implementation and maintenance. At least 1 year's post-qualification experience in systems analysis and design. Experience in team leading/supervision.

General Mandatory Requirements:

• Holder of a Hong Kong degree in computer related subjects or equivalent; or holder of a Hong Kong degree other than computer related subjects, or holder of an associate degree or higher diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institution in computer related subjects or equivalent with 1 additional year's relevant post-qualification experience in computing field.
