BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• To check, maintain and update as-built BIM models and BIM deliverables in compliance with BIM standards and guideline;
• To provide technical support and training to the Maintenance Surveyor and his representatives in usi9ng as-built BIM models and BIM database;
• To support the development of asset management with as0-vbuilt BIM models for effective operation and maintenance of buildings.

Requirements

• 3years related construction project experience;
• Associate member of the Hon f Kong Institute of Building Information Modeling (HKBIM or equivalent; or
• Minimum 1 year practical experience in BIM projects.
