SHIPPING CLERK

Job Description: 

• Coordinate with our own factories in China, clients, and forwarder companies to make shipping arrangements.
• Handle full sets of I/E shipping documents, e-booking online, Tradelink Declaration, and Oneport Operation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in international trade, logistics, supply chain, or related discipline.
• 3 years or more working experience in the shipping field
• Good computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Tradelink
• Handle full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents independently
• Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
