Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and Islash System in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to satisfy customer
- Maintain customer database in accurate
- Assist in service contract renewal issue.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above education
- Relevant experience in CS field is highly preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Experience in Alcatel-Lucent contact center solution is an advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Good team-spirit and problem-solving skills
- Shift duty on Saturday a.m is required but substitute leave will be offered
