Logistics Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the logistics organization to provide superior service level and assure cost-efficient operations in areas of warehousing, delivery, import/export and customer services in Hong Kong and Macau
• Establish effective standard operating procedures and continuous improvement practices to achieve optimum operational cost efficiency
• Design and implement advanced systems & processes to upscale overall logistics and warehouse operations, automation & productivity
• Develop & take ownership on cost budgeting, forecasting & continuous cost reduction programs

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Supply Chain or Logistics Management or related discipline
• At least 10 years working experience in supply chain / logistics / warehousing, with minimum 5 years in managerial capacity
• Extensive knowledge of 3PL market & operations, as well as cross-border transportation management
• Project management experience in designing & implementing WMS, TMS and ERP
• FMCG experience is highly preferable
• Fluent written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking, able to work under pressure & willing to travel
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in China operations is preferable
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
