职位描述

Job duties:

  • Provide support and reporting on projects status.
  • Coordinate all project management and development, required to work closely with manufacturer to make sure all parts of the item runs smooth.
  • Set priorities, develop project schedule and monitor progress of all projects, keep records and track performance.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, preparation of documents, filing and record keeping.
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and document management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administration assignments to support the Marketing, Sales Planning & Operations team

Job Requirement: 

  • Higher Diploma or above with a minimum of 2 years' experience in business administration or related discipline
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Working Hour:

  • 5.5 working days, rest on public holiday
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
