Marketing & E-commerce Executive

Job Description:

• Manage daily and monthly operations of our e-shop and marketplace platforms, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and invoicing.
• Promote our e-commerce business across various social media platforms.
• Plan and execute retail activities, such as festive events, pop-up projects and CRM program to drive sales.
• Assist in marketing and advertising campaigns on digital platforms, including social media (Facebook and Instagram ads), EDM, KOL, and search consoles (Google ads). Create compelling marketing taglines and product page content.
• Proofread and ensure all communication materials meet quality standards and align with briefs.
• Evaluate customer research and market conditions to inform strategies.
• Assist the supervisor with retail pop-up projects and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, particularly on B2C online channels. Experience in a retail operation is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience with Google Ads, SEO, and SEM strategies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Zalora, and Tmall is a bonus.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva is beneficial but not required.
• Highly organized, efficient, resourceful, responsible and detail oriented.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
