Senior IT Manager (Regional)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our regional IT team across Hong Kong and China. This strategic leadership role will drive the vision and execution of our technology projects and initiatives to support our company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a dedicated IT team across Hong Kong and China, overseeing information technology projects and services.
• Make strategic decisions on technology adoption to align with the company's growth and infrastructure goals.
• Define and manage project scope, approach, budget, and scheduling for IT projects.
• Ensure the integrity, quality, and timely delivery of IT solutions and services.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new applications and modifications to existing systems.
• Maintain awareness of new developments in technology and plan for upgrades and changes accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing change and project performance.
• Supervise, evaluate, and ensure the performance of the IT team.
• Implement and manage IT infrastructure, security policies, and compliance protocols.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage vendor relationships to ensure service excellence.
• Stay informed on industry trends to propose improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge and interest in AI technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC).
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven project management and leadership capabilities, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travelling occassionally.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.
