Sales Manager

Summary :

• Reporting to Sales Director, this position will be responsible for business development and sales activities in the assigned accounts or districts, and managing quality and consistency of the company’s product and service deliverables.

Job Responsibilities :

• Drive sales performance to achieve the company’s key performance indicators and objectives through proactive sales strategies and execution ;
• Present company’s products and services to potential prospects and customers of all levels such as B2B, B2C, Distribution, Wholesale, Retail ;
• Prepare brand/ product presentations, business proposals, quotations and sales contracts ;
• Conduct regular report and analysis of all key business metrics, market intelligence, and operational improvement to empower company’s clients for successful business growth ;
• Coordinate on product training, business training, exhibitions, and other sales-oriented activities ;
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Degree holder or above ;
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in business development with proven track record, preferably with experience in health/ medical/ rehabilitation care field ;
• Result oriented, with strong business acumen in retail marketing and sales operations ;
• Self-motivated, strategic minded with independence and responsibility ;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills ;
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Well versed with PC applications
