Marketing and Communications Officer (Japanese Speaking)(Welcome Fresh Grad)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate to join the New Business Development section and support hands-on operation of marketing and communications duties as follows.

• Assist to plan and prepare marketing and communication activities and campaigns for products and services on multiple media channels, including social media, print, and otherwise;
• Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies;
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness;
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities;
• Help to prepare and maintain corporate presentation materials;
• Communicate and work closely with Tokyo Headquarters and Group Companies;
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for promotion and growth;
• Provide administrative support to the section and perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder and above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent disciplines is preferable;
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese (a must) (level N2 or above); Proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• 1-2 years related working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Good at Japanese, Chinese & English typing;
• Well versed in Microsoft Office; Knowledge in photo editing, illustration, and video editing will be an advantage;
• Creative and communicative, self-initiative and well-organized, able to work well and independently under deadlines;
• Willing to travel, if necessary;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing and Communications Officer.
