We are a leading distributor of electronic components with fast growing business in Hong Kong/ P.R.China. We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at Macnica Cytech Limited. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and office support.

Receptionist & Admin Assistant
Job Duties:
- Handle all-round daily office administration duties
- Provide general admin and clerical support to administration department
- Perform general reception duties, e.g. answering phone calls and enquiries, greeting guests, courier arrangement, conference room booking arrangement, etc.
- Assist with managing office supplies and consumables, stationery ordering, equipment maintenance etc.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support / receptionist is an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Excellent telephone and reception skills and manner
- Good computer and MS skill – Word, Excel, Outlook, word-processing (both Chinese and English)
- Stable, well organized, punctual, initiative, able to work under pressure & with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work together as a team and independently
- Immediately available highly preferred
