Responsibilities 

Strategy Development

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company goals
• Identify target audiences and crate strategies to reach them effectively
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities
• Develop market in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia including (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia etc.)

2. Campaign Management

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email)
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials

3. Brand Management

• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and positioning
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty

4. Communication Management

• Work closely with sales, product and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Build relationship with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
• Experience in managing teams and budgets
• Experience in Southeast Asia markets
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented, pro-active problem solver, attentive to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to interact with a broad variety of clients.
• Fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
