Main responsibilities:
- Provide co-ordination, administrative and operational support to Sales Director
- Liaise with clients and follow up with factories to ensure production and completion of orders
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external business parties
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned in an efficient manner
Requirements:
- Diploma equivalent in Business related disciplines
- 3 years or above relevant experience in sales admin, manufacturing field is an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English and Chinese in both written and spoken
- Good in PC skills, AI is an advantage
- Travel to China if needed
- Immediately available is highly preferred
