The responsibilities:

• Support team members to provide professional services to the company in U.S. capital operations, including IPOs, SPAC listings, secondary offerings, and conducting annual audits and interim reviews for U.S.-listed companies;
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models in emerging industries, swiftly grasp industry dynamics, and identify potential accounting and auditing challenges;
• Provide high-quality deliverables by illustrating an strong understanding of accounting standards, regulations and knowledge of risk management in business processes;
• Maintain regular communication with project leaders and clients regarding project status and issues, effectively bridging the gap between superiors and subordinates;
• Cultivate strong working relationships with financial advisors, lawyers, and securities traders.

The requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university, with a major in accounting, finance, or a related field;
• Have internship of audit experience in Big 4 accounting firms is preferred;
• Be capable of thriving in a fully English-speaking working environment;
• Pursuing a CPA exam (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, or AICPA) is highly preferred;
• Proficient in writing and speaking in both English and Chinese(Cantonese/Putonghua) , including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills, knowledge in other language such as Japanese is an advantage;
• Demonstrate excellent learning ability, efficient work habits, and a strong inclination towards training team members and pursuing continuous personal growth;
• Willing and be able to travel(e.g. USA, Europe, UK, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China and Taiwan);
• Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to think logically.
