Brand Executive (1-year Contract)

The Opportunity:

Mattel APAC Export Markets is seeking a Contract Brand Executive. Reporting to the Head of Marketing , the Brand Executive will support and work with distributors in developing competitive brand strategy, asset distribution, plus manage product line list & pricing to achieve business target for the responsible categories.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Support the selection of market appropriate products from global portfolio and formulating local pricing.  Conduct regular products review with distributors.
• Support the review of the marketing plans from distributor to drive demand and consumer engagement.
• Prepare data analysis on product performance, and regularly report to management on brand performance and marketing program effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial team in achieving financial targets such as sales, margin, profit and inventory KPI.
• Maintain a strong business relationship with distributors and influence their decisions on brand strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• University graduate of business management, marketing or equivalent
• 2-3 years working experience in marketing, preferably with kids products or consumer products.
• Self-motivated, independent, organized and proactive.
• Highly adaptable when working across multiple business units and teams.
• A passionate and outcome focused team player.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, other Asian languages is a plus
