About the role

Mayer Holdings Limited is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in Sheung Wan, Central and Western District. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base across the region.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and generating new qualified leads through outbound sales activities

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to convert leads into new customers

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials

Attending industry events and networking to identify new business opportunities

Providing detailed reports on sales performance and pipeline

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the sales industry

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively

Familiarity with marketing principles and experience in developing promotional materials

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
