We are a property management company seeking to hire for the above position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of managing a residential estate.
• Perform routine property management duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Supervise the cleaning, repair, and maintenance services provided to residents/owners.
• Handle complaints from owners/residents and build and maintain good relationships with them.

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above in Property Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in property management, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
• PMP License holder is required.
• Well-versed in BMO and DMC.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 5-day work week (subject to operational needs).
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Property Officer.
