I.T. Technical Support Officer (5 days work)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services & technical support to customers via telephone and email
• Troubleshooting on customer usage, network, system and hardware issues

Job Requirements

• Basic Knowledge of internet
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Hard-working, willing to learn, polite
• Will be required to work in irregular hours to perform system and network maintenance duties.
