职位描述

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting and regular administration/ maintenance on POS, CRM and relevant IT systems
  • Analyze the root cause of the problems and liaise with external vendors and coordinate with other teams on the resolution of IT incidents and IT projects involving POS
  • Manage IT assets for IT procurement, inventory management and license renewal activities
  • Provide and work with other teams on the testing for any changes of POS, CRM and relevant IT systems
  • Maintain and document procedures, practices, and configurations
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information System or related discipline
  • At least 5 years or above working experience in a related role
  • Preferably with POS, CRM experience and retail background
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to meet challenges, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
