Senior Sales & Marketing Officer (Wine & Spirits Team)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to drive sales performance and support all daily routine duties, promotion, campaigns in all e-commerce and digital marketing channels ( e.g. E-shop and HKTV Mall etc ).
• Drive the sales performance of members group’s and handle the enquires, ordering, delivery arrangement and other related issue
• Support all marketing strategies and campaigns of retails store
• Propose and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales on each online and sales channels.
• Conduct market research and analytics data to measure the customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement and propose insightful ideas.
• Collaborate with external parties, and internal parties e.g. shop sales and related parties, to align marketing campaigns or events with business goals and objectives

Requirements: 

• High Diploma or above in Marketing or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years or above relevant experience in the alcoholic industry in e-commerce
• Knowledgeable & passionate in wine, sake and spirits with WSET Level 2 certificate or above is preferred
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and flexible with a dynamic work attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Capable of working under pressure and work with tight deadlines
• Good command in both of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred
