IT Officer / IT Support

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related areas;
• 1-2 years working experience in IT Support;
• Hand-on experience in support MS Server, M365 administration, Windows OS, common application software and Networking;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to learn, self-initiative and work independent.

Job Description:

• System Administration in Windows Server, Office 365, LAN and WAN;
• Project management in IT infrastructure projects;
• End user support;
• Server routine Maintenance.
