Event promoter

Job highlights:

• Assist in events ranging from online to on-site seminars
• Assist in production of business documents, including but not limit to solution brief and workflow, quotation and proposals
• Handle enquiry from clients, facilitate communication with organizers, and speakers, follow through the entire cycle for successful project rollout;
• Manage social media platforms for timely posts and response to comments and enquires from customers;
• Acquire leadership and team management skills for career development

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (include IANG) are welcome
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self motivated, aggressive and eager to learn
• Good command of spoken and written chinese (both cantonese and mandarin) and english
• Must be eligible to work in HK
