Procurement & Supply chain officer

Purchasing Responsibilities:
 

• Assist in follow up and issue purchase orders and arrange delivery schedule.
• Assist in end to end procurement cycle from vendor sourcing, tendering , cost analysis, supplier negotiation to fulfilment
• Ensure the procurement cycle compliance to the internal policy; capable to work on cost analysis and vendor recommendation and selection
• Assist in expanding and consolidating vendor base to support business objective.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor degree with at least with at least 1 years relevant experience in International trading.
• Skillful in computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, Mandarin.
• Strong communication & problem solving skills.
• Ready to learn new things and willing to work under tight timeline.
• Good analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills; numeric competence and with attend-to-details character
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
