Operation Support Manager

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage IT support staff to ensure seamless daily operations and effective delivery of IT support activities.
• Oversee daily IT operations to guarantee the proper functioning of systems, networks, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT environment issues in adherence to provided instructions.
• Respond promptly to incoming incidents and service requests received through phone calls and email.
• Conduct monthly housekeeping and apply patches to safeguard systems from potential threats.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on IT operations and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of solid operational experience in server and network support. Candidates with less or no relevant experience will also be considered.
• Self-motivated and highly responsive with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Operation Support Specialist.
