Planner

• Direct responsibility for delivering accurate monthly consensus demand forecasts by collaborating with cross functional teams to review confirm upcoming 24 months+ Forecast via historical data, evaluating trade promotion activities, and understand market trend.
• Monitor the supply plan via systems and oversee daily replenishment process to ensure stock availability by closely communicating and working with factories all over the world and logistics service providers.
• Proactively identify and communicate constrains and propose solutions to resolve service and/or inventory issues
• Maintain an optimal level of inventory level and well manage the excess & obsolete stock
• Work closely with product team to respond to product changes and support new product launch
• Perform planning related duties in ERP systems, e.g., system set up, material master maintenance, order proceeding, etc

Expectations:

Qualification

• University graduation in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
• At least 3+ years’ experience in a demand/supply planning or similar supply chain role in a sizable company
• Strong Excel skills is preferred, and eager to learn and apply on new technologies
• Previous experience using ERP software, e.g., SAP will be an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
• Good data analysis skills required
• Have good negotiation & communications skills, being comfortable to lead the decision-making process within cross-functional teams
• Able to manage deadlines in a fast-growing and dynamic environment under pressure
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
