• Taking off, measurement of works
• Cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
• Material procurement
• Prepare subcontractor's payment

Requirements:

• Holder of a Degree, Diploma or Higher Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Min. 3 years solid QS experience
• less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Good command in written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hard working
• Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD experience would be an advantage
• Site office located in New Territories District
