工作職責:
- 一般營業代表工作,提供顧客服務,介紹產品設計及功能,跟單; 準備並負責客戶演示、提案、報價、財務分析、招標和銷售合同直至銷售過程結束; 維護客戶關係; 根據需要處理臨時職責和任務。
- 熟悉掌握公司的產品資訊,持續向目標客戶推薦、介紹相關產品賣點,展示我司的生產優勢、公司實力等;
- 會用B2B網站(阿裡國際站)上傳產品和運營操作。
- 熟悉客戶公司情况,跟相關採購負責人建立起良好的關係。
- 承接客戶與內地工廠(供應商)之間的訂單落實、樣品安排、交期協調、售後溝通、出貨回款對接等工作;
- 充分利用公司的客戶資源,多管道拓展業務、觸達客戶、協助大訂單、標單的業務合作。
- 熟悉國際貿易操作流程,瞭解歐美各國的市場概況;
- 掌握常用辦公軟體(Word、Excel、PPT、XMIND等)操作流程和方法;
- 生活穩定,熱愛外貿業務工作,英語口語良好,善於溝通,熱情積極,思維嚴謹;

MPF + commission + bonus,The total salary will be $25,000~$40,000 per month
Job responsibilities:
- General sales representative work, provide customer service, introduce product design and functions, follow up orders; prepare and be responsible for customer demonstrations, proposals, quotations, financial analysis, bidding and sales contracts until the end of the sales process; maintain customer relationships; handle temporary duties and tasks as needed.
- Be familiar with the company's product information, continue to recommend and introduce relevant product selling points to target customers, and demonstrate our company's production advantages and company strength;
- Use B2B websites (Ali International Station) to upload products and operate operations.
- Be familiar with the situation of the customer company and establish a good relationship with the relevant purchasing manager.
- Undertake the work of order fulfillment, sample arrangement, delivery coordination, after-sales communication, shipment and payment docking between customers and mainland factories (suppliers);
- Make full use of Hong Kong's customer resources, expand business through multiple channels, reach customers, and assist in business cooperation for large orders and bids.
- Be familiar with the operation process of international trade and understand the market profile of European and American countries;
- Master the operation process and methods of common office software (Word, Excel, PPT, XMIND, etc.);
- Have a stable life, love foreign trade business, good English speaking, good communication skills, enthusiastic and positive, and rigorous thinking;
