Technical Officer

The Job:

As a team member of our Smart Charge Team, major responsibilities including:

• Set up hardware & software for engineering systems, routine operation, monitoring & support
• Monitor EV charging systems perform, daily routine operation and remote management
• Prepare documentation of site & system configuration and operation procedures
• Perform EV Charger installation, testing, servicing, and system integration testing
• Perform site measurements and prepare records; Ensure timely and accurate input of data in related systems
• Perform Basic maintenance / troubleshooting & engineering surveying at carparks and sites
• Ensure Health, Safety, Security and Quality levels are met on various engineering assets works and construction
• Support various technical projects and services as needed

Requirement:

• Diploma in engineering, networking, telecommunications, surveying or other equivalent
• Solid experience on network / system installation / monitoring
• Good understanding of cabling system drawings, knowledge CAD is advantageous
• Experience in computer systems installation and maintenance, preferably with networking, Wi-Fi and ELV facilities is advantageous
• Knowledge in communications systems or electrical power design and provisioning
• Flexible working hours is required as and when necessary
• Perform duty under adverse weather conditions, and standby or emergency call-out duty outside normal office hours
• Good problem solving and customer service skills
• Good team player, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (A0 or above)
• Possession of a Construction Safety Card and Driving License is advantageous
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
