Project Assistant

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in IT / Computer Science or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of project experience in the IT industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Pre-sales and post-sales support
• Responsible, well-organized and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Explore business opportunities to achieve company sales target
• Lead technical discussions, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
• Conduct presentations and promotions at company events, exhibitions, and public activities, in accordance with the company's marketing and promotion strategy.
• Provide after-sales services and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned
