职位描述

Responsibilities:
 

  1. Responsible recruitment activities of office staff and site staff including to prepare employment contracts and to arrange staff on-boarding.
  2. Responsible monthly payroll calculation, MPF, tax filing and leave calculation etc.
  3. Handle staff licenses, business licenses, ISO certificates and Motor Vehicle licenses renewal.
  4. Handle the overall administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, insurance/service agreement renewal, equipment maintenance and any other ad hoc projects.
  5. Updating company website content and handle IT-related administrative support.
  6.  Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
     

Requirements:
 

  1. Diploma in Human Resources Management or business-related discipline.
  2. Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Salary Tax Ordinance, and other related regulations.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving ability.
  4. Fresh graduates will also be welcomed

    工作時間:

    星期一至五:上午9時至下午6時, 及

    星期六:上午9時至下午1時(星期六為長短週)
