Engineer / Assistant Engineer

-       Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works for properties  

-       Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement

-       Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation

-       Manage contractors for works progress, quality and carry out take over inspection

-       Supervise frontline technical staff on work allocation, assigning tasks, repairing and maintenance work

-       Execute corrective and planned maintenance of building facilities, building services equipment and systems  

Requirements

·         Degree holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent

·         A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience 

·         Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive 

·         Able to work under pressure

·         Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
