Project Executive / Project Manager

The purpose of this role is to support our video production team in the daily operation, and to ensure delivery of high-quality videos on schedule. We produce all kinds of commercial videos, including TVCs, online ads, corporate videos, event highlights, interviews, documentaries, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with in-house Director and Producer, to arrange and coordinate video shooting projects
   
• To prepare and maintain production schedule, shooting rundown, and other production documentation
   
• To assist communications between clients and internal production team, as well as external 3rd parties to ensure smooth video production and product delivery
   
• To manage video deliverables and coordinate with in-house editing team
   
• To assist in ad hoc assignments
   

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in related subjects
   
• At least 2-3 years working experience
   
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
   
• Outgoing and proactive
   
• Able to work independently, as well as be a strong team player
