职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations ( AR and GL ) and banking related matters (eg. bank reconciliation, payment preparations)
- Assist in month end closing in a timely manner
- Responsible for monthly journal vouchers checking and generate related reports
- Assist in audit and monthly cash flow planning
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
- LCCI highest level is a plus
- 1 - 2 years AR experience is preferred, experience in retail industry or MNC is preferred
- Familiar with Accounting reports generations
- Knowledgeable in ERP system e.g. Oracle is a plus
- Strong MS Excel
- Detail orientated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
