MVAC / Electrical Engineer / Project Engineer

The MVAC / Electrical Engineer / Project Engineer will mainly focus on tendering, overall project management and coordination, and report to Project Manager directly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Tendering with competitive price and compliance to the specification.
• Vetting of technical submissions relating to equipment, materials and samples.
• Problems solving, liaison with subcontractors and site supervision.
• Monitor site progress, review subcontractors labour force, check quality & safety.
• Drawings and Document control;
• Cost and Progress reporting;
• Assist PM in site logistic planning, programming of works, progress control, safety and quality assurance, cost control with proper variation work management and other project administration.

Qualification and Experiences

• Degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services
• At least 4 years’ experience in MVAC / Electrical Engineering / Building Services
• Strong planning & organization skills, excellent communication skills
• Fresh graduates and applicants with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
