About the role

Universal Dockyard Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Kwun Tong, Kwun Tong District . As the Engineer / Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Civil/Structural Engineering operations, contributing to the strategic objectives of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical expertise and design solutions for a range of civil and structural engineering projects

• Analyse design requirements, prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates

• Oversee the implementation and execution of engineering projects, ensuring quality and compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions

• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster professional development

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

• Min 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Engineering industry

• Extensive knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, design methods, and construction practices

• Proficient in using engineering software, such as CAD, BIM, and analysis tools

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams

• More working experience will be consider as Senior Engineer
