Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize, implement and evaluate marketing strategies and communication programs for student housing business with the goal of maximizing brand awareness and achieving optimal results.
• Execute digital marketing plans on social media platform, creating digital content in-house or with external vendors
• Organize and manage community events and joint promotion campaigns
• Coordinate and facilitate effective communications with joint promotion partners and various internal departments to develop execution plan to ensure smooth and high-quality campaigns implementation
• Provide daily support to ensure smooth the operations of sales and marketing with the operations department
• Collaborate with different strategic partners including but not limited to tenants, local community, third party event organizers and stakeholders to coordinate events and activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience; working experiences in Co-living, services apartment or hotel is an advantage
• Proficiency in social media platforms and operations, including WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Instagram and Facebook
• Strong knowledge of PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and graphics and video editing software
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
