Business Development (BD) (web3)

We are a fast-growing Web3 company focused on blockchain technology and decentralized applications. To drive our business expansion, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development (BD) Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships, client acquisitions, and collaborations within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, investors, and Web3 communities.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the Web3 space.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver value to partners.
• Represent the company at Web3 events, conferences, and networking forums to boost brand presence.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean) are an advantage.

• Experience: Must have prior experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto-related business development, sales, or partnerships.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3 and cryptocurrency ecosystems, including DeFi, NFTs, or blockchain technologies.

• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills; ability to analyze market trends and drive results.
• Qualities: Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in the fast-evolving Web3 industry.
