Senior Vice President/ Vice President - Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Act as a coordinator of the Marketing team between the local company and headquarters
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Work closely with internal departments and headquarters to ensure all marketing materials comply with legal and regulatory standards
• Monitor industry trends, measure project performance and effectiveness and make recommendations as required for improvement
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor competitive scene and community behavior in driving the development of social media and other marketing activities
• Collaborate with internal business units to manage agency, vendor and supplier relationships to maximize service delivery
• Actively contribute new ideas to enhance customer experience and improve cost effectiveness of social media platforms

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• 10 years or above relevant experience in financial institutions (Wealth management, Securities, Insurance, Financial service, etc.)
• Experienced in digital marketing
• Business minded and able to provide creative ideas
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Willing to work under pressure
