Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Leasing & Property Management)

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional “Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Leasing and Property Management)”.

Responsibilities:  

• Handle the full spectrum of leasing matters for the Group such as tenancy renewal & negotiation, leasing report, budget planning, and conduct market research etc.
• Manage a property portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings
• Prepare and checking leasing documents, tenancy agreement or any other legal documents
• Maintain good connection with the tenants and property agencies for property viewings and manage tenancy administration
• Assist in monitor the performance of facilities management services and coordinate renovation projects, repair and maintenance works
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Management, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in commercial leasing and property management background
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Good at multi-tasking, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word including Chinese word processing
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
• Short notice period / immediate available is preferred
