Customer Operations Manager/ Customer Business Support Manager

As a part of the group’s global operations, the division caters to diverse needs of a wide spectrum of customers, both directly and via its distribution partner network, providing quality component solutions for many applications and industries.

Located at our regional office in Hong Kong, reporting to General Manager. We would like to invite professional candidates to apply for this key role, supporting our further expansion.

Job responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing operational policies and strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
• Managing day-to-day business and sales operations (OEM & ODM)
• Utilising performance metrics to gauge operational efficiency, identify problem areas and implement corrective measures.
• Managing and leading a team of Sales co members to identify the customer issues (Pushout, Pull-in, Cancel, RMA, Quality, Stocks…)
• Liaising with other department to ensure coordinated efforts and efficient operations.
• Alert GM about the daily issues from sales co members (CM/OEM share drop, price changes, part number changes, quotation issues, etc)
• Quotation approvals for inside sales business
• Manage customer to pay payment in time
• Control customer stock to avoid stock idle or slow moving
• Monthly closing preparation (Book/Sales/Backlog for all companies)
• Managing all company data base & prepare and analyse the sales data reports to senior management
• And more ad-hoc tasks

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management or a related field
• Preferably from  Electronics a related field.
• Excellent in Using excel / SAP system
• Excellent Communication Skill and ⁠Deep understanding of Team Management.
• Min 2 Years of managerial experience within the related field is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Sensitive to data and numbers which Good at provide accurate data analysis in presentation.
• ⁠⁠Attentive and careful in all minor stuff and every company
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
