IT Support Officer

Rsponsibilities:

• Provide end-user software applications and computer hardware (including CCTV, Multi - POS System) support and troubleshooting in a professional manner
• Diagnose and resolve user reported issues related to application and hardware
• Provide full support to ensure the information system are operating smoothly and other IT- related support as required
• Responsible for providing technical support, maintenance and installation of hardware & software, server and networking administration
• Perform system upgrades and apply patches to ensure optimal security and performance
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by manager
   

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferred in F&B and Retail related system, such as Point-of-Sale (POS), Loyalty Program Systems (CRM) etc
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of computer systems and software
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Responsible, capable of working independently with a positive attitude
